Design Highlight: A custom marble-integrated sink designed to maximize function while maintaining visual simplicity
Located in Portland’s historic alphabet district, the Nob Hill project focused on reimagining a compact 1920s condo to better support modern living while honoring its original character. The scope included a full kitchen and primary bath renovation, with an emphasis on thoughtful storage, material integrity, and proportion.
Custom millwork, honed marble surfaces, and restrained detailing create a sense of quiet refinement throughout. Each design decision was guided by the desire to balance the client’s fashion-forward sensibility with the home’s architectural roots — resulting in spaces that feel both elevated and deeply functional.
A study in thoughtful renovation within a historic footprint.
