Located in a wooded pocket southwest of the city, the Maricara project involved a full gut renovation and addition designed to strengthen the home’s connection to its natural surroundings. The primary goal was to introduce more light, improve flow, and create spaces that could comfortably support both everyday living and large gatherings.

A neutral, texture-rich palette brings warmth and continuity throughout the home, while thoughtful spatial planning allows each room to transition seamlessly into the next. Framed views to the surrounding landscape remain a constant presence, grounding the interior and reinforcing a sense of calm, cohesion, and ease.
